Online Talent Management Program

For a Shared Service Center based in Poland PeOrg Consult delivered a Talent Management Program:

  • which was individually adjusted to the needs and talents of participants.
  • which was partially delivered online and on telephone.
  • which was delivered in Polish, English and German.
  • which prepared the participants to the next career step: from middle-level management to top-level management.

Elements of Talent Management Program:

  • Development Center delivered over online based tool (life sessions). Development Center was oriented on the competence model of the company and included three elements: standardized interview, case study (cognitive) and case study with role plays (behavioral)
  • Development Session delivered on the telephone. It was based on the feedback from Assessment Center (feedback session and personal report) and was agreed for one year.
  • Coaching Sessions on the phone, online and face-to-face.
  • Development Support. Every participant of the Talent Management Program works with designated learning partner at PeOrg Consult. Our Learning Partner: supports participants by the choice of right training course/coach (depends on the agreement in development session), reviews learning progress monthly and makes sure that the participant have all support needed to transfer the knowledge into his daily life.
  • Review Session, which summarize the development made within one year of learning.

Implementation of Flexible Coaching Program

For a team of financial advisers working in virtual teams, PeOrg Consult implemented coaching program, which supports  young team leaders in developing their leadership skills over a period of six months. Our aim was to combine a coaching techniques with the challenges of dynamic working environment. We addressed this goal by delivering coaching in face-to-face, group, telephone and online sessions.

Leadership Training Program (Finance Company)

Dynamical change on financial market changed the way of looking on leaders. They face new challenges: need for fast reactions, communication of changes in the strategy, securing of  commitment to the strategy and company.

One of the major polish banks wanted to improve the ability of leaders to manage the change. Based on needs analysis PeOrg Consult developed a training program which was delivered in three modules:

  • Analysis Phase: Interviews with Team Leaders and Bankers about their understanding of change management and strategy, existing communication and leadership styles in the company and the perception of the company culture
  • Training Phase: based on Interviews Leadership training about in two steps:
    1. Training “Organisational Development”: self reflection of own leadership potential, definition of the team leader role, communication of the strategy (theory and exercise), definition and presentation of company culture based on interviews – implications for leadership. 2. Training “Coaching skills for Team Leaders”: systemic team constellation, motivational theories, definition of team goals and individual goals, communication of the goals on team level and individual level, employee talks
  • Individual Coaching sessions with Team Leaders focused on individual topics of Team Leaders and their career development in the company and on their position

After delivery of the training program, individual coaching sessions were integrated into years reviews.

Leadership Training Program

Design and delivery  of a leadership program for retail company:

  • with the goal to prepare the managerial team for upcoming changes and growth strategy.

The program started with:

  • Assessment Center for managerial staff to find the development areas and the goals for coaching.

In the next steps PeOrg Consult delivered:

  • Group Coaching
  • and Individual Coaching to all participants of assessment center.
